Showings

Every showing of your property will be documented on your personal Blog. The date, time, showing agent contact information, potential buyer's comments and any other information you deem important will be recorded. You may leave questions that either I will answer or forward to the appropriate agent.

This information becomes a critical record that allows us to evaluate where we stand at all times. If, for example, we see repeated comments such as "the rooms are all so dark", we may want to find new lighting and be sure that is turned on.

Here you will find all the documents and agreements you are required to sign. You may email, print, fax or review these at any time. The documents include:
